Sam Tan


Mr. Tan is the current President of ECTW and has acted in that role since July 2014. From 2007 to 2014, he served as Managing Director at Ellipsiz Communications Pte Limited, a Singaporean company that provided services to the telecommunications industry and that was the parent company to ECTW. From July 1, 2005 to July 2, 2014, Mr. Tan also served as Vice-President, Distribution and Services Solutions of Ellipsiz Ltd., a Singapore Exchange-listed service provider serving the semiconductor and electronics industries.


Rhoda Liu


BA (Finance), Professional Degree in China Law, MBA, CTA (HK), FTIHK, FHKIoD, CPA CA (Canada), FCPA, FCPA(Practicing)

Ms. Liu have more than 20 years of experience in accounting, taxation and financial advisory services in Hong Kong and Canada. She has worked for Coopers & Lybrand (HK) (now called PricewaterhouseCoopers HK) and Ernst & Young (Canada), both in audit departments. Then she worked for two local CPA firms in HK since returned to HK in 11/1992 and became a partner in 4/1996 and started her own practice in early 2002.

She is currently an independent non-executive director and AC Chairlady of two other listed companies, namely Modern Beauty Salon Holdings Limited (listed in Mainboard of Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and Mirach Energy Limited (listed in Mainboard of Singapore Stock Exchange)


Mark Korol


Mr. Korol is currently the chief financial officer of Xela Enterprises Ltd., a holding company with a wide range of commercial ventures in countries with high levels of economic development and potential for growth. He has held this position since September 2005. Mr. Korol is a certified public account and a chartered financial analyst. He has also obtained his institute of corporate directors designation. Mr. Korol is also a director and the chief financial officer of Gulfstream Acquisition 1 Corp., a TSXV listed company. Mr. Korol also served as a director and the chief financial officer of Blue Planet Environmental Inc. (until December 2011) a company previously listed in the Frankfurt Exchange.


Calvin Hsieh


Calvin Hsieh, CEO of Ellipsiz Communications Taiwan, has over 20 years of experience in the communications and manufacturing industry working on company strategy, team leadership, regional operations and management.

Calvin has rich experience in managing telecommunications business and networks for multi-national global companies and China business. He has extensive experience in new business development, business planning, project management, and network operation management. Before joining Ellipsiz Communications, Calvin was a Plant Director in Wistron Corporations China, responsible for plant operations management, product management and program management. Prior to Wistron, Calvin was a Senior Project Manager for the telecommunication business accounts in Agilent Technologies since 2000. Calvin began his career in KG Telcom since 1997.

Calvin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tatung Institute of Technology


Joseph Chan


Mr. Chan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of MBMI Resources Inc. a nickel mining company listed in Toronto Stock Exchange-Venture. Mr. Chan has more than 30 years of management experience in the field of industrial, service industry and academic.

Mr. Chan obtained his MBA degree from Edinburgh Business School, U.K. In addition, Mr. Chan is also a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA), Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FCPA) and a member of Chartered Professional Accountant of Ontario (CPA, CGA).

Mr. Chan also serves as a director of Medifocus Inc. a Bio-technology TSX-Venture listed company.
