Prior joing Ellipsiz, Sam Tan has 20 years of experience in sales, business development and management in the electronics industry. He has successfully led the team of 200 employees in penetrating into the communication network assurance business, where it counts prominent telecommunication operators its key customers and over 75 millions in sales.
Sam started his career with IBM Canada as a software test engineer before joining Hewlett Packard, where he achieved excellent sales record in Electronic Manufacturing Test (EMT) Solutions. He then took on the role of the Business Development Manager at Agilent Technologies and assisted in the penetration and growth of contract manufacturing business in China prior to his appointment as the EMT General Manager for Contract Manufacturing in Asia. Subsequently, he joined iNETest Resources to lead the South Asia Pacific & the contract manufacturing teams in Asia following the outsourcing of sales, support and service organization of Agilent Technologies to iNETest Resources.
Sam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Queen's University of Kingston, Canada.

Mr. Chan is a well-seasoned assurance accounting professional with demonstrated decision-making abilities, analytical skills, and problem solving skills. He collaborates effectively with business managers to resolve variances, refine forecasts and identify opportunities for improvement within and outside the operations.
Chief Operating Officer
Calvin Hsieh joins Ellipsiz from Wistron Corporations China where he was the Plant Director with responsibility for plant operations management over 7000 employees, product management and program management.
Wistron is Taiwan public company market cap CAD$1.7 Billion. During 6 years on the Wistron Corporations China executive team, Calvin saw operating margin increase 3 fold, and operating profit increase more than an order of magnitude.
Calvin led strategic planning, team deployment, value stream mapping, structured problem solving, growth assessments, funnel management, and various other growth and profitability initiatives.
Prior to joining Wistron Corporations China, Calvin spent 8 years with Agilent Technologies where he was a Senior Project Manager for the telecommunication business accounts and held leadership roles in engineering and product management, including OSS Network Monitoring and Network Management in telco businesses.
He has led and built global teams and has worked in Taiwan, China and Canada. Calvin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tatung Institute of Technology.
